Joshua Johnson

My name is Joshua Johnson, and I am respectfully asking for your vote for the Providence Executive Board. My family and I have been proud homeowners in Oxford Commons since 2018. Like many of you, we were drawn to Providence by its beautiful parks, safe sidewalks, and true sense of community. These are the qualities that I am committed to protecting for all of the Providence Master Association communities and our Benefited Neighborhoods alike. 

I have lived in Las Vegas since 2007 and am a proud military veteran. Professionally, I serve as a Platform Integration Engineer and hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. This means that I am trained to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and ensure that large-scale operations such as vendor contracts and maintenance projects are managed effectively.

For most of us, our home is our largest investment. For me, it is both that and a legacy, as l plan to keep my Providence property and pass it to my child. I want this community to thrive for the next generation. 

If elected, my priorities will be as follows:

• Protecting Our Investment: 

Maintain Providence's beauty and desirability as the surrounding areas continue to grow. 

• Fiscal Responsibility: 

Ensure fair value from vendors and reasonable community assessments. 

• Transparency & Common Sense: 

Professional, open communication and decisions that serve all residents. 

I am a Providence homeowner who cares about our neighborhoods and wants to see them thrive, and I would be honored to earn your vote.
